Kaitlyn believes people are more complicated than their symptoms, diagnoses, or hardest seasons.

Her clinical experience spans hospice care, cancer and life-limiting illness, chronic illness and chronic pain, trauma, domestic and intimate partner violence, LGBTQIA+ communities, and behavioral health. She has supported people through some of life’s most difficult moments and understands the uncertainty, grief, and adjustment that can come with them.

Her own lived experience as a neurodivergent person navigating chronic health challenges and chronic pain has also shaped the way she sees the world. She brings that perspective into her work while recognizing that every person’s experience is different.

Kaitlyn strives to create a therapy space that feels safe, welcoming, honest, and human. She brings warmth, humor, curiosity, and compassion into her work and believes there should be room to laugh, cry, be frustrated, ask hard questions, and show up exactly as you are.

Kaitlyn sees therapy as a partnership. She takes time to understand what is happening beneath the surface, including patterns, relationships, past experiences, and the challenges that may be affecting day-to-day life.

Her work draws from EMDR, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and humanistic therapy. Rather than using one approach with every client, she adapts treatment to the person, their goals, and what feels most useful at that point in their life.

Kaitlyn values honesty, curiosity, and practical change. Therapy can be a place to make sense of what you have been experiencing, develop new ways of coping, work through difficult experiences, and figure out what comes next.
