A camera as a way in
PhotoVoice uses photography and storytelling as a bridge to things that are hard to say out loud. Each week brings a simple prompt — a place that feels safe, a moment of resilience, something others may not see about your experience. You capture or choose an image, then bring it to the group as a starting point for reflection and conversation. The photo does some of the talking, so you don't have to find every word yourself.

In their words
This group was so special to me. It helped me explain some of the emotions I was feeling but couldn't put into words. I loved connecting with others who understood my journey and could relate in so many ways.Past group participant
It was a way for me to work through everything I experienced with a creative outlet in a safe and intimate small group setting. An unexpected and pleasant outcome were the strong friendships and deep bonds that continue to this day. Kaitlyn is the real deal.Past group participant
