Individual Therapy
Therapy that makes room for the whole story.
Sometimes you know exactly what is wrong. Sometimes you just know that something is not working. Individual therapy provides a space to slow things down, understand what is happening, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. Our clinicians take the time to understand your experiences, patterns, relationships, strengths, and current circumstances rather than reducing you to a diagnosis or a single problem

A Different Kind of Therapy
Therapy should not require you to perform.
You can lose your train of thought, ask questions, disagree, need things explained differently, or show up having no idea what you want to talk about. You can bring the messy version of the story.
Our clinicians meet clients with curiosity, compassion, honesty, and respect, while also providing thoughtful, evidence-informed clinical care.
We believe the goal is not to make you easier to treat. The goal is to understand what is happening and figure out what might actually help.
You do not need to have a diagnosis to begin therapy.
