Pure Intention Services
Care with intention. Space to be human.
Pure Intention Services is a private group practice built around a simple belief: people deserve to be seen as people first, with care rooted in pure intention, authenticity, and respect.
We provide thoughtful, individualized mental health care for adults navigating a wide range of experiences, including trauma, ADHD, autism, chronic illness, chronic pain, grief, life transitions, and complex mental health concerns.
Our clinicians bring different areas of training, professional experience, and lived experience to their work. What connects us is a commitment to creating care that is ethical, evidence-informed, affirming, and genuinely human.
We believe you should not have to perform, mask, minimize your experiences, or make yourself easier to understand in order to receive good care.
The care should fit the person.

Our Philosophy
We believe good care starts with seeing the person, not just the problem. People are complex, and their experiences are shaped by their history, relationships, health, environment, responsibilities, strengths, and the world around them. We believe care should be intentional, authentic, respectful, and grounded in evidence while still leaving room for the human side of healing. That means listening without judgment, asking thoughtful questions, recognizing complexity, and creating space for people to be honest about what they need. Most importantly, we believe care should support the life you are actually living rather than asking you to reshape your life around treatment.
What We Offer
We provide individualized mental health services designed to meet people at different points in their lives. Our services include individual therapy, comprehensive diagnostic assessment for Autism and ADHD, trauma therapy and EMDR, coaching, professional consultation and training, and group-based services.
Our clinicians bring different areas of expertise and experience to the practice, allowing us to support a range of needs while maintaining the same commitment to thoughtful, respectful, life-centered care.
Our Commitment
We are committed to providing inclusive, affirming, and respectful care for people of all backgrounds and identities. We affirm neurodivergent people, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities and chronic health conditions, people of all races, cultures, faiths, and family structures, and people at every stage of life.
We recognize that identity, culture, disability, health, relationships, and lived experience can all shape how someone experiences the world and accesses care. We strive to create a space where people can be seen, respected, and accepted without having to explain, defend, or hide who they are.
Our commitment extends beyond what we say. We continue to learn, listen, examine our own practices, and grow as clinicians and as a practice. Everyone deserves care delivered with intention, dignity, and respect.
