Health & Wellness Coaching

Build a life that supports your health, not one that constantly works against it.

Knowing what you should do is often a lot easier than figuring out how to actually make it happen.

Health & Wellness Coaching offers practical, collaborative support for identifying what you want to change, understanding what is getting in the way, and creating strategies that actually fit your life.

Our approach combines lifestyle coaching, behavior change, and functional medicine-informed wellness to look at the habits and factors that influence how you feel and function. This can include sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, routines, energy, environment, and other lifestyle factors.

There is no perfect wellness routine and no one-size-fits-all approach. Your health, energy, responsibilities, environment, preferences, and capacity all affect what is realistic.

The goal is not perfection. It is finding what works and making it sustainable.

What Can We Work On?

Coaching can support goals related to:

Health and wellness

Stress and burnout

Sleep and daily routines

Movement and physical activity

Nutrition and healthy habits

Energy and time management

Executive functioning

Behavior change

Work-life balance

Life transitions

Self-care

Creating routines that actually work

Lifestyle changes that support chronic health conditions

Neurodiversity-Informed Coaching

A lot of wellness advice assumes that everyone has the same energy, executive functioning, sensory needs, motivation, and capacity.

They don't.

Our coaching approach takes into account ADHD, autism, AuDHD, executive functioning, sensory needs, burnout, and different ways of processing and experiencing the world.

The goal is not to force yourself to function like everyone else. It is to find systems, routines, and strategies that work for your brain and your life.

Coaching Is Not Therapy

Health & Wellness Coaching is a goal-focused and action-oriented service designed to help you identify what you want to change and create realistic steps toward those goals.

Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, process trauma, or provide psychotherapy. It focuses on behavior change, accountability, habits, routines, lifestyle, and practical problem-solving.

Coaching can complement therapy or medical care, but it is not a replacement for either.

Is Coaching Right for You?

Coaching may be a good fit if you:

Know what you want to change but struggle with follow-through

Feel overwhelmed by competing priorities

Want more structure or accountability

Are trying to build sustainable routines

Are navigating a major life transition

Want support creating healthier habits

Are experiencing burnout

Want strategies that take your individual needs into account

Are interested in a lifestyle-focused approach to wellness

Are tired of advice that sounds good in theory but does not work in real life

Your Goals. Your Life. Your Pace.

You do not need another person telling you what you should be doing.

You may need support figuring out what matters to you, what is getting in the way, and what could realistically work.

That is what coaching is for.
