We are trained in ACT, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, EMDR, person-centered therapy, somatic approaches, and motivational interviewing. What that means in practice is that we meet you where you are — and we adjust as you grow.

We also hold the whole picture. Neurodivergence doesn't show up in isolation. We work with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, identity, relationships, and burnout — because all of it is connected, and all of it matters.

Telehealth available: All therapy sessions are available via telehealth across the state of Indiana — so you can access care from wherever you're most comfortable.
